cabled

Yesterday, we received an email from the National Visa Center.

And we actually WANTED this email!

They informed us that they had cabled our visa request for Emma Kate to Guangzhou, China!

We forwarded the email with attached form letter to our agency, who sends it along to their representative.  This representative walks the letter and another form we filled out weeks ago into another office in China.

Now we wait for Article 5...

don't even ask me what that means.  I just know to expect it in 2 weeks.

That's 14 days.

Which is really only about 336 hours.
