Arizona bound!

Weeeeee're off!

Leaving the still frozen and snowy tundra of Minnesota to blooming desert landscape (yes, I did use blooming and desert in the same sentence) of Arizona.

Grapefruit trees, sunshine, warm (thanks, Pa!) pool, horses, greenery, Mexican food, game time, rest, relaxation, emerging freckles and receding pallor, walks, runs, and that only begins the list.

Makes of the desert a dessert, I say.

More than all that we will do, is who we will do it with.

Oh, we cannot wait to see you.  My heart woke so happy this morning.  It will be good, good, good.

But back to the temporal joy of it all, Jim just walked in from dropping the dog off at the kennel.  He showed me the weather report for the week in Phoenix.  Hello, gorgeous!  85 on Tuesday.  87 on Wednesday.  91 on Thursday!  {I'm like my father in this moment}

I know the Lord made it and called it all good, and yet in this moment I can't but help think perhaps the warm south got a special nod of good from Him. :)
