This is not a decorating post.
It isn't!
But it is for the girls from Generations last night.
Here it is:
Can you guess what it is from that little peek?
Or this?
No, not the fabric over the back of the couch. That's just "flung" there.
You can sort of tell what it is {maybe?} contrasted with the green of the front entry walls?
Or here?
Jim did not freak out this morning. Cooper wins. That was his prediction. That Jim would like it. Jeb loses, but I do think perhaps Jeb doesn't like it.
I am in L.O.V.E. with it...if that can be said of a color that I called my sweet neighbor, Sue, about in a panic uttering the words, "Sue, help! I'm sitting in an easter egg. Or at least I need to know if I am".
Sue said no. And from her, that gave me courage to love it as much on the wall as I did on the chip.
And now I'm done.
Clearly, another surgery is looming and I must be nervy. Therapeutic painting. Again. I need a new way to express my anxious energy.
Perhaps laundry and closet organization?
No. Soooo boring. :)
Any guesses? {On the color, not what I need to do besides paint...although I'll take suggestions on that, too}.
Happy Spring!
Love,
Sara {one word: hope}

thank you! your posts always leave me with inspiration - to be a better mother, to be more the person God intends for me to be. but i LOVE the non-decorating posts as they inspire some (jealous - in the best sense) cell in my fiber that makes me think - "maybe i can do that!" i don't know if i can- or where i would find the time and energy- but i love seeing all the beauty you create in your home- both eternal and temporal - and learn and drink in - and maybe be a little changed : )
Thanks, I love your work and You have done such a good job. After seen this picture I am great fan of your work.
