in the gates

frothing at the mouth!
banging against the bars!
ready to chase that little running rabbit around the track.
(this is horse metaphor in case you are wondering what in the world I'm blathering on about now)

We are ready to gallop!  Ready to roll.
It is officially 2 sleeps to China!
Wait, did you hear me?

2 sleeps to China!

Can't believe it.
Bags are PACKED!  Packed.  Yep, they are packed.
Kids done with school.  Projects and homework in hand!
Jim done with work.  All tied and tidied up!
Me: my list is either done, or being crossed off because it won't get done!  I'm giddy!
Schedules are scheduled.  Yes, they are!

What's left?  Pray, pray, pray, pray, pray, laugh and dream, pray, pray, pray!

Our mouths were filled with laughter,
our tongues with songs of joy.
Then it was said among the nations,
"The LORD has done great things for them."

                                                         - Psalm 126:2

5 am is a little early to be frothing at the mouth, unless it's a latte.

And you just reminded me it is a DOG not a HORSE! Mercy. See what it is like for Jim to live with me?!!

and yes, we know that horses don't chase a rabbit around the track :)
